Normally this'd be the time to show the past. We'd take some time to explain what Delayed Games has been cooking up in the past week. But today, we look to the future. As Super Nova Party nears its release date, it's time to take a peek at what's in store and see the prophecy fulfilled.

Now to answer the question everybody's been asking: what's next for Delayed Games? With SNP set to release so soon the topic on everyone's minds is what follows after launch day. While SNP is releasing with some core features (Blog Post #36: What's In The Box?), it's not all that's in store for the game. There will be subsequent updates to the game over time, implementing more features to enhance the experience! Here's a look at what's intended for the first update coming after launch:
Single player functionality, so that you can play the game without needing a full party
Improved assets to improve the uniqueness and overall style of Super Nova Party
A new duel minigame to separate it further from the battle minigame
Controller support and the ability to rebind keys, to improve the game's accessibility
To wrap it all up, let's discuss the timeline. True to this company's name, Delayed Games must announce the inevitable. Super Nova Party, has been delayed. Yes, instead of releasing on the previously announced release date of July 17, 2022, Super Nova Party is now scheduled to release on. . .

July 19, 2022. We here at Delayed Games are sorry to have to make the call, but we must wait an additional 2 days to release our most anticipated title yet. Due to the publication process of the platform we are using (Steam), there is the potential for the game to be further delayed as Steam verifies our product and allows it onto their site. Rest assured, Super Nova Party will be in your hands soon.
And stay tuned next week for the last pre-release blog post for Super Nova Party!
No more time to be wasting,
Delayed Games
